For Sale: Haven't tested this but have no reason to think it's not operating correctly.
Don't see any catalog number on it. Can't find any matching examples online at all which is pretty odd. There are similar models (Cat. No. 26-3028) but none idenical. The previous owner was an early adopter and this may have been the first generation of the adapter which quickly was changed to a different design?
